Legal regulation of disposal of the unusable pesticides accumulated during the Soviet era

In the article, it was made a scientific and theoretical analysis of USSR legislation, Ukrainian legislation. Special attention is paid to establishment specific features in legal regulation extraction, disposal, destruction neutralization unusable or prohibited pesticides agrochemicals packing containers from them. The authors come conclusion that today, worth directing more efforts at state level disposal accumulated during Soviet era, considering need improve natural environment. First all, needed approve program with determination clear measures for its implementation sources financing. To date, regional administrations have opportunity solve problems obsolete without interference Ministry Environmental Protection Natural Resources Ukraine, as well determine most suitable places these substances. Thus, process reducing has been launched. It aimed improving ecological country, will help reduce negative impact on life health people, allow developing agriculture.
